Store Policies – Seven on Saturday

Refund Policy

1. We gladly accept returns for unused item(s).

Merchandise must be returned in the original box and returned in good condition.  If items are not adequately packaged for return – no refund credit will be issued.

  • We require you to contact us within 7 days of delivery receipt
  • We require a returned shipment within 14 days of delivery receipt
  • We require you to contact us for an Authorized Return or the merchandise will not qualify for a refund. 

2. You are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to Seven On Saturday.

  • Only Cost of Merchandise will be store credit minus a 12% restocking fee
  • No refunds are provided on shipping costs

3. If you receive shipping damage to your order during transit:

  • Kindly provide a photograph of the damaged item for us to evaluate the extent of the damage.
  • If your order was damaged during shipping, kindly get in touch with us to address the issue.

4. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for custom orders.

 

How Damage or Defective is Defined

1. If item is shattered, cracked, or significantly chipped – item is damaged.

2. Slight imperfections on containers, whether glass or metal containers, such as bubbles, dimples, faux water irregular thickness, or metal cast imperfections from the manufacturer will not considered damaged or defective and will not be eligible for a claim on the damage.

3. Any color shading variations due to computer screen color in RGB not matching the photo flower colors or container colors are not guaranteed and do not constitute defective or wrong color. If you need an exact color sample, please contact us we can send you additional photos.

4. Estimated product dimensions provided will not constitute a damage claim, so please ensure the estimated measurements will work for you. If you need additional help, please contact us.

5. During the shipping phase of your order, if your flowers, branches or stems are compressed, it will require you to primp your new arrangement(s) to help the desired look.

6. Seven On Saturday reserves the right to determine if your damage is claim is eligible for a return/refund
